Marketing & Operations Manager  

Clairville Suites is a newly developed boutique coworking space and salon suites business located in the heart of Eagle Rock, California.


The ChallengeLaunch a new coworking space and salon suites business from the ground up in a competitive local market, with no existing brand, audience, or member base.


Strategy & PositioningI led brand and go-to-market strategy for the launch, starting with how the space would be positioned and packaged. 
I defined tiered membership offerings to appeal to distinct member segments (solo freelancers, small teams, growing businesses).
I built a brand identity and online presence, including a custom WordPress site and marketing collateral,  to establish local credibility ahead of opening.
Go-to-Market ExecutionTo drive pre-launch demand, I ran targeted paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, using audience segmentation to reach the right local prospects and convert interest into signed memberships before doors even opened. 
I also extended this creative and marketing support to an in-building partner, Clairville Suites Beauty Salon, designing brand assets in Figma and Canva and launching their presence across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and the web.
Operational FoundationI owned the end-to-end project lifecycle to keep execution aligned with the broader growth strategy: budgeting, space buildout, and tenant relations.
Behind the brand and marketing, I built the infrastructure to support scale: drafting membership agreements, lease templates, and house policies, and implementing coworking management software with workflows for ticketing, member support, and facility maintenance. 
Results
  • 85% occupancy secured pre-opening, driven by targeted digital acquisition and membership strategy.
  • 100% occupancy within the first month of opening.
  • Established a repeatable brand and marketing framework.
